Since our services primarily involve customized interior designs and implementations, we have limited return and refund options. However, we offer resolutions in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If any delivered product (e.g., furniture, fixtures) is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Service Dissatisfaction: If the completed service does not match the agreed design specifications or contractual terms.
- Order Cancellation: If the cancellation request is made before project initiation or product dispatch.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Approval & Pickup: Upon approval, we will arrange for product pickup or request return shipping (fees may apply).
3. Refund Process & Timeframe
- Product-Based Refunds:
- Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed within 7-14 business days after return approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Service-Based Refunds:
- If services are canceled before execution, a partial refund will be issued based on work completed.
- No refunds will be provided for completed projects unless contractual obligations are unmet.
4. Fees & Costs
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
- Cancellation Fees: If a service or project is canceled after initiation, a cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund.
5. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom-made furniture or décor items designed specifically for your space.
- Services that have been fully executed and delivered.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
